In person Individual sessions and personal retreats with Estaryia involve combinations of breath, sound healing, and movement techniques; various modalities of healing; and spiritual counseling. These sessions clear emotional and physical blocks, open energy channels, heighten mental clarity, heal, and connect body and spirit.

The Harmonic Tuning Tubes are specially designed instruments tuned to the scientifically researched sound frequencies found in the elemental structure of nature and the universe. Transform limitations in your life through guided rhythmic breathing and sound activation. This session uses a form of shamanic breathing to free blocked energy and open pathways for the life force to flow through your body. This cleanses toxins and oxygenates the cells for rejuvenation, improved vitality and awakening expanded states of consciousness. Estaryia also uses the Harmonic Tuning Tube instruments that produce scientifically researched sound frequencies that harmonize your energy with the natural vibrations and geometry pattern of the human body, the Earth and the universe. — Breath, Movement, & Sound Healing (1.5 hours)

The session begins with identifying areas in your body that are blocked, tight, or need more breath and energy flowing through them. You will be guided through specific breath, movement and sound techniques to open theses areas as well as your energy centers (chakras). You will learn how to ground, release and receive energy through these practices. This process allows for unprocessed emotions to be revealed and healed. Once your body and energy field are open we then begin the sound healing with various sound healing instruments. During the sound healing you will receive specific scientific sound frequencies that will further cleanse your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual energy bodies. The sound frequency combinations will balance your brain hemispheres creating a natural environment for deeper states of relaxation and healing to occur.

SOUND THERAPY

Sound therapy is the use of vibration to create balance and harmony in the physical and energetic bodies.  Everything is vibration and has it’s own frequency, including all of our tissues, muscles, organs, thoughts and feelings.  When these frequencies are weak or out of balance, disharmony in our body’s systems occur, creating fatigue, dis-ease and stress.

Sound can be used to change disharmonious frequencies in the body back to their normal, healthful vibrations.  Since the human body is comprised of between 80% to 90% water, this high water content of the body’s tissues aids in conducting the sound and results in an internal massage of the cells.
